Each successful API request consumes exactly 1 point, regardless of document type. If a request fails due to a processing error on our side, no points are deducted. Points are deducted only on successful data extraction.
No — points are tied to the validity period of the plan you purchased. Unused points expire at the end of the plan duration (30, 60, or 90 days). We recommend choosing a bundle that matches your expected usage volume.
API requests will return a 402 error indicating insufficient credits. Your account, API key, and history remain intact. Simply purchase a new bundle to resume processing immediately.
Yes. You can submit concurrent API requests up to the rate limits of your plan. For high-throughput batch operations (thousands of documents per day), contact our sales team for a dedicated enterprise arrangement.
No. SignMe does not persist document images or extracted data after the API response is delivered. All processing happens in memory and results are returned in real time. For on-premise deployments where data never leaves your network, contact our enterprise team.
